Thank you for all of your continued business and referrals. 2012 has been an incredible year, and we are looking forward to an amazing 2013.

In 2012, Christina and I sold 59 properties worth a total of over $24.5 million. This is an increase from 50 properties the year before!

We are seeing many exciting things happening along 30A, Sandestin, and Destin, and the market is busier than ever. Inventory continues to dwindle, and buyers and sellers continue to move the good properties quickly. Properties that are priced right are placed under contract within days of being listed on the market.

We see fewer and fewer short sales and foreclosures and find that the great deals are sold from sellers who are motivated to do the next thing – whether they are looking for a different property within the area or life brought them to make a different change completely.

Currently, there are only six foreclosed homes and three foreclosed condos on the market on all of 30A!

The good news if you are a seller is that properties are moving! The key is to be priced right so your property does not get stale. Our average days on market is 5% less than the market average and sales-price to list-price ratio is better than the market average.

The good news if you are a buyer is there are some great deals out there. The key is to act soon, as inventory is dwindling and have a Realtor working with you to keep their eyes peeled on the properties that fit what you are looking for.

The rental market has also increased. January and February are busy months for rental properties being booked for Spring and Summer. Now is a good time to secure your new property so it can start to get booked.
